Chief Apostle Tobey, also known as Mcupi Thobani Ndebele, is a Southern African minister of the Gospel, healing minister, apostolic prophet, author, creative visionary and kingdom entrepreneur whose life and ministry are devoted to revealing Jesus Christ and demonstrating the transforming power of God.

Since beginning his ministerial journey in 2011, he has spent more than a decade proclaiming the Word of God, ministering healing, building faith and calling men and women into a deeper consciousness of their identity, authority and inheritance in Christ. His spiritual journey has been profoundly shaped by the ministry of the Holy Spirit and influenced by the grace, revelation and ministry expressions seen through figures such as Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Pastor Benny Hinn and Apostle Providence Sibanda.

At the heart of his calling is a conviction that the Scriptures are not merely to be read, but to be unveiled, understood and lived.

As a writer and Bible expositor, Chief Apostle Tobey carries an ambitious lifelong vision: to produce a detailed exposition of every verse of Scripture, unveiling the depth, beauty and practical power of God's Word for generations to come. His writings explore foundational and transformative themes including Eternal Life, Salvation, Kingdom Dominion, Marriage, Love, Faith, Purpose and the Redeeming Power of God, with the aim of raising believers who understand both who they are in Christ and what they have been called to accomplish.
