Lord God, I, [your full name], believe today in Jesus Christ, Your Son. I believe You sent Him to me and for me, to die for me, and that by the power of Your Spirit, You raised Him again, gave Him unto me, and made me a new man unto You.

I believe in His Name and in His Lordship, through which I have received salvation and eternal life.

Today, I am a child of God, and my soul has been eternally saved.

Hallelujah!
